My method follows a proven model rooted in theories of behavior change which helps instill long-lasting habit change. I typically work with clients on a weekly or bimonthly basis, with unlimited email and text support in between sessions. Fitness Class Company

For clients who are ready to focus on fitness, but may be intimidated by group fitness classes, I will attend any class with you. (Local clients only, 1 week advanced notice required.)


For coaching alumni or anyone who has a variable schedule, I reserve a limited number of spaces for month-to-month coaching billed on a retainer basis. (2 sessions per month, minimum 2-month engagement). Book a consult to inquire about pricing.
