I typically work with clients on a weekly or bimonthly basis, with unlimited email and text support in between sessions. For clients who are ready to focus on fitness, but may be intimidated by group fitness classes, I will attend any class with you. (Local clients only, 1 week advanced notice required.)
For coaching alumni or anyone who has a variable schedule, I reserve a limited number of spaces for month-to-month coaching billed on a retainer basis. (2 sessions per month, minimum 2-month engagement). Book a consult to inquire about pricing.
